In the event of problems, the customer can cancel the order by simply communicating it by e-mail to the address Limitedcapri@gmail.com, as long as it has not yet been processed.

The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods through an explicit declaration, containing the data necessary for identifying the order sent to the contacts indicated. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer undertakes to fully return the products received, in unaltered conditions and in the original packaging.

The right of withdrawal is instead excluded for products not delivered due to the absence of the customer from the place of delivery and for those that at the time of their withdrawal are altered or damaged due to the delay caused by the customer.

If the withdrawal is made according to the methods and terms mentioned above, any amount already paid for the products is credited to the buyer using the same payment method he used on the website to complete the order.

The refund is made as quickly as possible, and in any case within 14 days from the date on which Limited Capri S.r.l., having received notice of the Customer's withdrawal, receives the ordered goods intact and in the original packaging.

The costs for returning the products to Rivoldrink S.r.l. are non-refundable and remain, by law, the responsibility of the customer.
